       2. Influenza vaccine is stacked at the 32/47 MEDSOM.


           Units should initiate their Influenza Vaccination Program
       immediately.

       4. Units ;-Are rea@.lired to forward number of soldiers vaccinated
       and unit strength throuah their MSC to the Corps Suraeon's
       Office when immunizations are 80% and loo" complete.

       5. Deoartment of Army Civilians are authorized to receive the
       Influenza vaccine. They are required to be notified of the side
       effects and must siqn a consent form.
