3 CONT station was telephonically notified by 2145 HRS, 27
DRISCOLL (65th MP CO OPNS) of an accident OCT 90
with injuries. Investigation by HELHOWSKI/ MPOO (GIBBONS)
ROBINSON revealed that at the above time and AT 2135 HRS, 27
date, VEH #1 was entering the OCT 90
intersection of Dhahran Al Riyahd Rd and Al 503d MP BN S-3
Khubar Rd, Dammam while traveling south- (TOY) AT 2135
east in the left lane of a two lane road, on
Dhahran Al-Riyahd Rd. VFH #2 was
traveling northeast on Al-Khubar Dammam Rd
in the right lane of a two lane road. VEH #2
failed to stop for a red traffic
light at the intersection of Al-Khubar
Dammam Rd and Dhahran Al-Riyahd Rd which
resulted in the right front portion of VEH
#2 striking the left front quarter
After
impact, both vehicles traveled west for an
unknown distance and came to rest adjacent
one another facing west.
