                                           the above time and date,                      found (1)             NOTIFICATIONS:
                                           one M16Al rifle (SER# 2089076), (1) one 30                          65TH MP CO OPNS
                                           round magazine, and (20) twenty               5.56m ball            (CARTER) AT
                                           ammunition (head stamped LC 73)               at the Saudi          1600 HRS, 26
                                           exchange on the Dhahran Airbase. The                                OCT 90
                                           afot-mentioned items were retained on DA FM                         MPDO (CAMPBELL)
                                           4137 by patrol 1-3, and transported to the                          AT 1603 HRS, 26
                                           65th MP Co Liaison Office for safe keeping.                         OCT 90
                                           At 2040 HRS, 26 OCT 90, the weapon was
                                           transported to the 603d MP BN S-3 where
                                           GEOFFREY (Company Commander) signed for the
                                           weapon from CHAPMAN. This is a final report.
