RICHARDS and COCKRELL observed one
individual that was approximately 5110.1.
slim to medium build, black hair, wearing a
black shirt and light colored pants,
climbing down the tower. Person(s) unknown
reached ground level and fled in an unknown
direction. tested the
water in the two towers utilizing an M272
water test kit, which tested positive for
cyanide. In addition, tested the
tap water from building #18 Tamimi Compound
which also tested positive for cyanide. This
investigation continues by Dhahran Criminal
Investigation Division and The Office of
Special Investigation (USAF).
