               8. Vehicle #2 has a crack in the radiator had has been down
               this week. The radiator has been patched up so the vehicle
               is operational, but unreliable for trips off of KKMC. We
               are trying to locate a radiator.

               9. Supply has received DCU hats (size 7 1/4 and 7 1/8 only)
               this week. Nothing else received. MAJ Schiller is trying
               to obtain hats for the 320th Med Det.


               10. SSG Chichester and MAJ Schiller have made three
               supervisory visits to each inspection site.

               11. DA 2651, Monthly Workload Summary, has been completed
               by MAJ Schiller and will be turned in 9 Mar 1991 to the
               320th Med Det (AF).

               12. 8 Mar 1991, CPT Sutton, SSG Debnam and SGT Leffler
               visited the British POW camp. SSG Debnam and SGT Leffler
               examined one military working dog who had been limping on
               the left rear leg a couple of days previous to our visit.
               The animal was not limping at present and no abnormalities
               were noted. The health records on these animals revealed
               they were bled last on the 12 Feb 1991 by Major Nye. The
               camp is presently closed to new arriv als and plans to be
               completely empty and ready for dismantling by Wed. March
               13th.




          2. PLANS SUMMARY FOR NEXT WEEK.

               a. Changing scope of operations will be continuously
               evaluated at all inspection sites including LB Alpha.
               Assignment changes will be made as needed.

               b. Vehicle assignment changes will be made to accomplish
               the mission in accordance with vehicle availability.

               C. Administrative actions which are underway are as
               follows:
                    1. Oars, Ears
                    2. Field SoPs

               d. Inventories are being taken and plans made to redeploy
               to conus. Very little guidance is available.
