          2. PLANS SUMMARY fOR NEXT WEEK.

               A. An additional inspector will be sent to the HN
               Warehouse at Hafr AL Batin.

               B. Inspection coverage will be reviewed and adjusted for
               operational changes and the temporary loss of two 9lRs.

               C. Monthly report 2651 will be prepared for submission at
               meeting 2 March 91. SPC Nelms's work will not be logged by
               this unit, but recorded as directed by the 320th Med Det.

               D. Local purchase of fans for hot weather cooling will be
               accomplished.



          3. COMMANDER'S COMMENTS/REMARKS:

               A. Supply has essentially received nothing. Request
               permission for supply sargent to accompany 803rd Med Gp
               personnel who make bi-weekly trips to the port.

               B. The assistance of LTC Lively and CWS Brandow has been
               welcomed and is greatly appreciated. The resulting data
               should be well worth the effort.

               C. The unit has finally received necessary Cipro to issue
               one blister pack to each soldier.
