                                                     24 HOURS):
         a. Mission: Provide Personnel Service Support to
     divisional and n(3n-divisiona2 units, with emphasis an critical
     wartime tasks specifically, strength accounting, reporting and
     management, casualty management, Personnel data base and
     information management, Postal operations and Replacement
     operations. Provide technical assistance to the staff on all
     matters under the purview of the Adjutant General.

         b. Activities: The Group S3 and S4 conducted final coordination to
     move Group equipment to the forward staging base. All Group field support
     systems will be moved to the forward area.

         The Battalion Commander briefed MSC Sls on our concept plan of support
     for the nondivisional force. Issues addressed include PSC, postal and
     replacement support, casualty operations and strength management.

         The Enlisted Strength Management Division completed consolidation of
     the Personnel Requirements Report +or all XVIII Airborne Corps units.
     This report is scheduled for transmission to ARCENT on 5 January 1991.
