                h.  Problems Requiring Corps Assistance:

                    (1) There is still no fest tent or other facility
            available for the Corps Map Depot.

                    (2) We still have problems acquiring the leased
            commercial construction equipment. These items are critical.

                    (3) The present signal system is not compatible with
            E-Mail. This unit can receive regular message traffic by the TAC
            FAX, and a multichannel stand-alone communication center.
