                 a. 7th Engr Bde is beginning to drawdown construction
             projects in vicinity of @IAA JUNO in anticipation o@ Phase 2.

                 b. Operations/Tng: 249th EN BN began moving to LOG E today.
             Move should be complete in 3 days. 642 EN C(.D (CSE) moved 17
             vehicles from port to LOG E today,

                     (2) 12th and 54tb Engr Bns are not likely to be set in
             the FAA until 1 Feb 91 due to slow equipment arrivals.
