              overpass at PS1531. Trying to move the 92nd up to Log Base Echo
              area so  that when the location is established we can begin work.

                  h. Problem Requiring Corps Assistance:

                       Priority 1--In order to complete Log Base Echo on time,
              the 92nd Engineer Battalion must have additional het assets to
              get the line companies of 92nd out to Log Base Echo to begin
              work.


                       Priority 2--Must get transportation for 14 MILVANS of
              Class IV Barrier Material to haul out to Corps obstacle range by
              8 January 1991 or the construction of the range will be delayed.
