                        (3)   Mail. continues to be -R major problem.          T@iL- postal
              units in Log Base "A" are overwhelmed.            7-Lh EN BDE is providing R
              daily 25 man detail to asiist them.           Virtually no letters are
              being r-eceived -Fr(:)m Germany.     The brigade has not seen a current
              rlc-.wspapEar- -for 3 week@,@ T@iese two issues are adversely affecting
              moral a.
