SUBJECT: Special Information for Installation After Action Report (AAR)
1. Reference. AFZN-PTM-OP memo, Subject: Installation After Action Report
(AAR) for Deployment of Active and Reserve Component Units (Operation Desert
Shield), 22 January 1991.
2. Request that DPTM Operations task the following activities to assemble and
provide special information for the AAR as follows:
a. DRM. The number of temporary hires working at Fort Riley, by week, by
activity, from M-Day through 30 January 1991.
b. USAR Advisor. The number of USAR personnel in AT, ADT, IADT, IMA, or
call-up status working at Fort Riley, by week, by activity, from M-Day through
30 January 1991.
c. ARNG Advisor. The number of ARNG personnel in AT, ADT, IADT, KEPUP
status working at Fort Riley, by week, by activity, from M-Day through 30
January 1991.
d. CPO.
(1) The number of pre-submitted SF 52s (Request for Hire) that were
on hand at M-Day.
(2) The number of SF 52s that were submitted by activities for
temporary hire personnel between M-Day and 30 January 1991.
(3) The average lead time required to interview and hire individuals
to fill temporary positions.
(4) The number of SF 52s for temporary hires (by activity) that could
not be filled due to unavailability of qualified personnel.
3. Information requested will be matched by DPTM against the population of
deploying personnel at Fort Riley (by week) to help with the refinement of
quirements.
