           2--6(b AR: Very successful, Every EPW had a leaflet.

           !9s SD: PSYOPS campaign helped make an unpleasant situation more
           -.tr-icomfortable for the Iraqi troops, especially when leaflets gave
           Jefinitive date and times of future bombings.

             LIDE TAC: Can not make an evaluation. However, loudspeakers were
           @,d in a -Few instances to coerce enemy out of foxholes and tltnkers
