        On 29 March 1991 1 Sgt Rivera Assigned to 4/7th Inf Bn Scout Plt.
     Combat life saver had a casualty that came with sane Blisters on his
     left log. We treated his open sores and covered it. He had some
     Blister that we left alone.
        On 30 March the sane casualty returned with more blisters. We cut
     the blisters and put an M-8 paper on it and it turned pink in color.
        On 31 March he returned with 3 more blisters and we told him to
     come later for the doctor to sea hiri.
        There are other victims total of 3 with the same problems but we
     had not seen them since the 29 March 1991.
        In my opinion I think it could be a blister agent that is non
     persistent. Its only in one area of the Body.


        On 30 March 1991 at or about 2100hrs 2 civilians came from a town
     that is 8 Km away (Direction Approx. Northeast at about 60 degree Az)
     that complained about dead children that were killed by helicopters.
     The 2 men said the children would shako, twitch and died. The
     civilians used alot of hand movements to communicate. The 2
     civilians complained of chemical use on their people. My location is
     at North 3040.93 East 4657.26
