       MEMORANDUM FOR SEE DISTRIBUTION

       SUBJECT: Clearance Procedures for Units Redeploying through or from
                KKMC


       1.     All units are responsible for properly clearing their
       Redeployment Assembly Areas (RAAS) and all facilities used in the
       KKMC area prior to departure.

       2.   The following guidance is provided regarding clearing KKMC:

            a.    Solid waste must be properly disposed of.    See ANNEX I
       for solid waste disposal procedures.

            b.    Unit RAAs must be cleared through the RAA OIC from 22d
       SUPCOM. Terrain must be returned to its original condition. see
       ANNEX 2  for site preparation procedures.

            C.    Centrum area off ices need to be cleared by DEH.       See
       ANNEX 3  for office clearing procedures.

            d.    Centrum area billets need to be cleared by DEH.        See
       ANNEX 4  for billeting clearing procedures.

       3.   POC for 22d Support Command is the Directorate of Engineering
       and Housing.    DEH is collocated with Installation Commander's
       office in Centrum area 6.1. Commercial phone number is 787-2843,
       tactical phone number is 7805/186.

       4.   Request this information be disseminated to subordinate units.
