                       SUMMARY: IRAQI GROUND FORCES IN THE KTO REMAIN
    .DEPLOYED IN DEFENSIVE POSITIONS. MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE RGFC
     DIVISIONS AND REGULAR ARMY UNITS, INCLUDING THE 6TH AND 10TH
     ARMORED DIVISIONS, REMAIN IN PLACE WITH SOME LOCAL REPOSITIONING
     TO ENHANCE SURVIVABILITY AGAINST COALITION AIR ATTACKS. IRAQI
     DEFECTORS INDICATE POSSIBLE WEAKNESSES IN THE IRAQI AIR DEFENSE
     THREAT.

     3. (U) WEATHER. AN UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM IS MOVING THROUGH THE
     A/0 PRODUCING SOME MID AND HIGH CLOUDINESS. CLOUDINESS WILL
     DECREASE THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT BECOMING FAIR TO PARTLY CLOUDY BY
     MORNING. VISIBILITIY WILL REMAIN UNRESTRICTED AND WINDS WILL
