        FACT SHEET


        1.  ISSUE.   Redeployment Manifests.

        2. DISCUSSION.


            a.   Redeployment manifests will be prepared at unit level
        using TACCS equipment.

            b.   Manifests will serve to account for personnel for each
        aircraft mission and provide advance and final arrival reports to
        USAREUR/CONUS.


            c    Units will provide manifest to the     Redeployment Action
        Team (RAT) 96 hours prior to aircraft departure.        This lead time
        is necessary to meet a USAREUR requirement to provide advanced
        copies of the manifest 72 hours before a plane arrives in
        Germany. The manifests will be prepared based on the call
        forward FRAGO from RAT Operations accurately reflecting the seat
        allocation in the FRAGO.


            d. Unit responsibilities:

                 (1)   Plan and prepare manifests. Unit Gl/Adjutants have
        been provided technical instructions for manifest preparation.

                 (2)   Ensure accurate and complete entries for each
        soldier.


                 (3)   Match soldiers sent forward     to,,the PMA as strictly
        as possible to those on the manifest su      " lied to the RAT.

                 (4)   Retain TACCS capability to permit manifesting while
        in the RAA.


        3. VII CORPS POSITION.


            Provide an accurate manifest to USAREUR or FORSCOM f-o@ each
        aircraft mission 72 hours in advance of the aircraft's arrival.
