                 b. ARCENT reported 2100 lbs of HTII were ready for pick up at
            the port.
            18 Jan 1991 - Dharan went to MOPP 4 at 0430. After several negative
            256 tests, they went back to MOPP I at 0520.

            19 Jan 1991


                 a. 2 ACR reported smoke UBL SGF-2 of 80 drums.

                 b. Briefed STB staff on what needed to be done for Corps IIQ
            to keep operating after chemical attack.

                 c. Report from G2: French 6th Bn location PT121399 reported
            gas/gas/gas on 18 Corps net. Vapor had set alarm, believed to be
            from CML weapon plant that was destroyed earlier.

                 d. Call from LTC Stafford Deputy G4 ref: CPOG priority issue
            he had questions ref:
                      - Wear life of CPOGIS after breaking them open.
                      - The priority list-told issuing all the CPOGIS with no
            reserve for the CML companies.

                 a. Recommended to C/S the following areas to be considered as
            high risk:

               b. Per CPOG status, the following recommendations made to CG:

                      -Issue immediately to units w/o back-up suit
                      -Rebag current suit after wear
                      -Use current suit until chem used
                      -Hold 16,000 in Corps reserve
                      -Units to continue to requisition
                      -800th CMMC pass requisitions to SUPCOM

                 c. All units reported at MOPP 0.
