                a.  Received msg from ARCENT on the CPOG wear-life; no new
           information provided.

                b. Requested DNA add NH3 and VX to ANBACIS 11 program based on
           info received through G2 channels.

                c. IID Fox issue being worked with ARCENT, USAREUR, C/S,and
           Corps G4.

                d. Issues resolved or pending:
                  - Resolution on Fox plts requirements.
                  - Received majority of decon points for development of Corps
           decon  plan.
                  -Fog Oil for future smoke operations(Corps Rear).
                  - Prepared changes to OPLAN 90-2.
                  - Overgarments for VII Corps.

           7 Feb 1991

                a. Corps Chemo briefed VII Corps NBC Threat Assessment to CG.

                b. ARCENT reported delivery of CPOGIS has been delayed.

                c. CPT Clark departed for Germany at approximately 1100hrs to
           ensure Fox shipment, and w-ill remain until the last Fox is on
           airplane enroute to KTO.

                d. Some units still reported PB tablet shortages.

           8 Feb 1991

                a. Transmitted 2 msgs: Fox pickup and request for additional
           CPOGS.

                b. Received info from G2 on Iraqi aircraft chem delivery
           capabilities.

                c. Sent out info updating VII Corps FSOP NBC ANNEX to inc'-ude
           NBC Threat Warning and Reporting System.

                d. Requested G5 go ahead and get HTH  requirement into G4.

                e. Prepared memo to G4 ref: Dry decontaninants required.
