                 (U) CHEMICAL BIOLOGICAL (CB) MUNITION ADVISORY TEAM. -" ARCENT
                 SITREP 26 Feb 91 requested a CB munition advisory team to assist handling,
                 disposing, and neutralizing any CB munitions found in KTO. AMC tasked to
                 provide Technical Escort Unit, EOD, and depot surveillance personnel controlled
                 by ARCENT HQ. The team scheduled to depart 6-8 Mar 91. No munitions have
                 been found to date in Kuwait. During Coalition and Iraq negotiations, Iraqi
                 representatives stated no special weapons in Kuwait. ARCENT G-3 Chemical
                 Officer asked DAMO-SWC to put CB advisory team on hold, pending a call
                 forward. OSD and Joint Staff J-5 formulating policy on how to handle bulk
                 quantities of CB munitions, if found, in Kuwait. PROVIDE MEMO.,
