               Per phonecon with Maj Wagner, ARCENT G3 NBC, the following
               information was provided concerning the contamination of a us
              Csbrviceman.

               Location: QUO50072 (near      kuwa "i -border)
                                       -Iraq
               Time:     030915C Mar@§l
               Type of agent: Blister (HD or HK)
               Details: Serviceman was contaminated after dropping gernade in
               bunker. Contamination was found on nomex clothing and flak
               jacket. Individual was medevaced to medics. Skin had blisters and
               was contaminated. HD or HK was confirmed by prinalysis.

               Fox vehicle performed Spec analysis.       Outside of    bunker-no
               indication. Inside of bunker-blister agent. ARCENT has requested
               copy of spec readout.

               Sample of suit being sent to unspecified lab for analysis. Being
               handled by Foreign Military Intelligence Center and Tech Escort.

               No munitions were found in the bunker



               Other items - when asked for locations of Chemical areas in KTO,
               Iraq stated that no chemical weapons were in Kuwait.
