          1. ISSUE: NBC crew training needs greater emphasis.

              DISCUSSION: While we troops continuously rehearsed and trained on
          individual NBC skills, there was muqra@less emphasis on crew training
          such as:


                Decontamination Tea5%,;@,
                MOPP Gear Exc
                NBC Detection

          These are just as c          unit survival as individual skills.

          3. RECOMMENDATION:   Incorporate team training into a recurring,
          structured training schedule to ensure these perishable skills do not
          lapse.
