             1. MAJOR SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES (LAST 24 HOURS):


                 a.   POST ATTACK REPORT:


                      (1)  UIC: WAA6AA.
                      (2)  Activity: AL.
                      (3)  Location: 301900E 453300N.
                      (4)  Effectiveness: 97%.


                 b. The Division (-) consisting of lst Bde, 3d Bde, 1-17th Cav,
             and 3-73d AR continued search and clear operations in AD BRASS9
             commencing 020700 Mar 91 to secure bypassed enemy units, EPW's and
             destroy enemy equipment in Zone. Ist Bde continued to destroy
             caotured enemy equipment in sector vic OBJ ORANGE. 3rd Bde seized
             TALLIL airfield at 1300 hours after a successful PYSOPS mission. The
             airfield was secured at 1530 hours. Several MISS and HIND helicopters
             were found at TALLIL, along with numerous ADA weapons. A family of
             seven bedouins arrived for treatment for wounds sustained from
             unknown munitions. Four are at the 3rd Bde medical station, and
             three were evacuated to the 307th Med Bn. Team EPW evacuated 1,000
             EPW's to the Corps collection point. 24th ID turned over an
             estimated 3,000 additional EPW'S.
