                 DIVARTY's 3-319 AFAR was directed to displace    from its Phase IIIC
                 location alone MSR VIRGINIA to AO BRASS and resume direct suonort
                 of the Brioade. Aooroximatelv 80 disolaced Kuwaiti civilian     s   are
                 awaitina transoortatian in our 3d Bde sector. 2d Bde's vehicles
                 arrived in ABO AIQ and beaan redeolovment oreoaration. Iraoi
                 resistance elements have indicated that comoanv sized mechanized
                 and armor units are conducting ooerations V'Ici@ttv AN NASIRIYAH
                 south of the Euohrates. The Division will continue to denv Iraci
                 soldier or civilian access to the six lane hichwav in our northern
                 sector. At 131500C. elements of Ist Bde and Division Staff
                 conducted a link up  and flank coordination with 2d Bde. 3d AR Div.
                 VII Corns.


                 PLANS SUMMARY FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS: Ist and 3d Bde will continue
                 its defense in sector of AO BRAGS south of PL EXPO. 2d Bdo will
                 commence Personnel redoolovmont to CONUS with four fliahts throuch
                 150220C totalina 1.594 sol@iers. 3-73 AR will load 60 HETs and
                 oreoare for mov@men't the next dav.

                 PLANS SUMMARY FOR THE NEXT 24-48 HOURS: lst and 3d Bde will
                 continue its defense in sector of AD BRAGG south of PL EXPO. 2d
                 Bde will continue main bodv rede[)lovment and DreDare to conalete
                 its flow with allocated airlift soaces 20 and 21 March. 3-73 AR
                 will baoin road movement to vicinltv DHARHAN.
