             MEMORANDUM FOR SEE DISTRIBUTION


             SUBJECT: Gamma Globulin Immunization



             1. Gamma globulin immunizations are required for all
             division trooos dO@@d on Operation Desert Shield. A 2 cc
             dose should be given during the second week of November 1990.
             This dose will fulfill the gamma globulin immunization
             requirement for three months.

             2. Units with organic medical assets should coordinate
             directly with the division medical supply office (DMSO) to
             obtain their required dosage. Units without organic medical
             assets should coordinate with the trooo medical clinic (TMC)
             at *5274 to receive their immunizations.


             3. POC is 2LT Silver. *-@015 or 7616-101/111.
