                           c. One half unit soldiers were identified durinc
                                                                                  ,I dental
                           screening as non-deployable due to poor dental health. The
                           amount of following required treatment time distracted from
                           trainina and movement preparation.
                           d. The US Air Force stated on 29 NOV 90 that the unit would
                           be airlifted overseas on 30 NOV 90. we urcently got pallet and
                           all vehicles packed, load certified and staged at McChord AFB
                           only to be informed that same day that no aircraft crews were
                           available to fly. we couldn't get our equipment back and it was
                           a major training and morale distracter until well finally lifted
                           off on 4 DEC 90.
                           e. Several "on again" "off aaain" departure dates between 29 NOV
                           and 4 DEC 90 caused a yo-yo effect with soldier's and family's
                           morale.


                           MTOE Change: 1 SEPT 90

                           No effect. as changes were completed prior to alert on 11 NOV
                           90. Change in type of telecommunications equipment and loss of
                           two personnel (74F, Computer Proarammer/Analyst).

                           Loaded USAF  C-141 with 10 PAX, 2 vehicles, I 463L pallet.

                           1130 MRS,  6 DEC  90 -  Arrive Dahran International Airport

                           Initial Location:    Warehouse #20, Port of Damman

                           Established assets   and coordinated transportation movement of
                           VII US Corps and it's assigned Army National Guard and Army
                           Reserve units from Dahran and Port of Damman, north to their
                           logistical base or tactical assembly area.

                           Operate 12 hour shif-t of Corps Movement Control Center. Coordin
                           ate continuing transportation requirements for sustainment of VI
                           Corps and supporting units in preparation for ground war. Assis
                           in establishing MSRs across the border and thru Iraq and
                           Kuwait. Assist in establishing transportation requirements for
                           support of VII Corps during the ground war. Locate and ensure
