         A/3 Eng supports 2-4 Cav. :56th Png Grp is Division engineer C2
         element with -162d Eng Co (Cbt Spt Eqpt) and 264th Eng Co (MGB)
         attached. 265th Eng Gp is (3S to Division with 46th, 52d and 844th
         Engineer Battalions (L:bt)(Hvy) attached. 1-41 FA has FASCAM
         capability.

         2. MISSION. See basic order.



         7@. EXECUTION.


            A. Concept of the Operation. TF 5 Eng conducts engineer
         operations by phase to provide combat engineer components to lbde
         combined arms operations. Three mechanized and wheeled companies
         will be employed With maneuver tazk forces. Sapper teams will
         operate from armored vehicles when possible. Engineer heavy
         equipment will trail maneuver units. Engineer companies under TF
         5 Eng (-) control will provide support to lbde and, in conjunction
         With 1/24 [IP, will react to Level II and III threats in the E)de
         rear area as a Tactical Combat Force (TCF).
