                   15. Stage personnel/equipment for deployment.

                   16.  First group of personnel of the 128th CSII deployed to
                        Saudi Arabia via Rhein Main, Frankfurt FRG on 26DEC90
                        aboard DC-10. They arrived in Dammam via King Fahd
                        Military Airport on 27DEC90. Also on the 27th, the
                        second group of personnel flew from the Stuttgart
                        airport aboard a C-141. See annex A, Flight Manifest.
