                 1. SITUATION: The Commander \tll Corps has directed a Corps Wide stand to for 21
                 January 1991.

                 2. MISSION: I ID(M) executes Stand-To, 210400C JAN 91

                 3. EXEC-LMON:
                     a. 25-50% of all personnel will be under cover from 0430C to 0630 C .
                    b. No Increase in MOPP Level (remains 0). However all solders must have
                 protective garments immediatly available.
                    c. Active chemical alarms will be emplaced.
