               1. VII Corps commander has directed a corps-wide stand to at 0400.
               25-50% of each unit must be under cover from 0430 to 0630.

               2. COSCOM/LOGBASE A/Corps Main/ ports are in MOPP 1. all are
               taking PB tablets. Divisions are not affected.

               3. All elements to put out active chemical alarms.
