            SUBJECT3 Desert Shield NBC Notes I


            S. DS2/STB/Haz Waste. Doesn't look good for  getting overpack,
            etc. Spoke with the lady at Giessen. She's useless but think
            we'll continue to@get trapped by bureaucracy. Need to
            Consolidate your DS2/STB/hazardous wastes segregate it, mark it,
            then pass location, quantity, etc. to LT Karatzas from 2-32 AR.

            9. Your requirements for shortages are flaky. Anybody who
            provides 100 of these, 200 of those, makes me wonder if you've
            got an accurate count or if you're pulling numbers out of
            somewhere. Make me feel warm and -Fuzzy.

            10. Start thinking about what you'll need once you get there.
            Gotta plan that now so we can anticipate problems early.
