Reaction force called to area and
vehicles immediately left.

4@8 DEC D B.-RY White Toyota pick--up circled the
perimeter. Report sent to S-2 anc!
information incomplete. MP's notified
of incident.

29 DEC BTRY Unknown vehicle identified 2 miles from
perimeter. Flashlights seen by ECP
guards. Called to S-2 and MP's
notified. Informed them if they come
within close range of perimeter to send
out reaction force.

29 DEC 3 BTRY Suspicious white pick-up passed within
50 meters of perimeter. Same vehicle
came in close proximity to perimeter 28
Dec but not reported to S-2. CDR stated
truck belonged to begins in area and S-2
informed him that if it does not enter
launcher/perimeter area and/or show
undue interest it should not be a
problem.

29 DEC A BTRY Beduins moving near perimeter. Not i 4 i ed
MP's to assist in having them move back
from units perimeter No problems
encountered.

30 DEC HHB White bronco 100 meters outside ECP,
using binoculars. ECP guards checked it
out with their binoculars and vehicle
departed. Reported to MP's but unable to
get licence number.

30 DEC D STRY White pick-up with licence # 4831120
abandoned within 1400 meters of unit
perimeter. MP's checked out vehicle for
possible bombs/ordinance. Owner
returned 2 Jan to pick-up vehicle.
