                               Concept  of the operation.

                            Commander's Intent. Safety and security remain
                  paramount in all operations.

                            (1) Destruction of equipment and demolition of
                  munitions must continue to be conducted under the tightest
                  control with expert guidance. In the prosecution of this
                  mission tricked vehicles should be used to the maximum.
                  Restrict wheel vehicle movement to MSRs whenever possible.

                            (2) Bunkers will be inspected prior to demolition to
                  ensure chemical munitions are not present. Personnel entering
                  bunkers will wear MOPP 2 (chemical overgarment and boots) with
                  chemical protective gloves. Overgarments will have M9 chemical
                  detector paper attached to an arm and leg to detect contact.
