             l(U)-@+ SITUATION-
                 A(UYM Enemy. Enemy defenses have crumbled and their forces
             attempt to escape through Basra.
                 b(U)M4 Friendly.   The President of the United States has
             instructed a.cessation of offensive operations for CENTCOM Forces
             involved in Operation Desert Storm effective 280800(C)Feb 91.

                 C. (U) Attacbments/Detachments. No change.
             2.(LfItS4, MISSION: All 7th Engineer Brigade forces cease offensive
             operations 280800(C)Feb 91 and assume a defensive posture. Be
             prepared to resume offensive operations. Be prepared to assist
             in restoring the territorial integrity and internal security of
             Kuwait; continue to defend Saudi Arabia.
             JU)M EXECUTION:
                 4U)" Concept of Operation. Units cease offensive
             operating. Remain in place and establish defensive posture.
             Maintain a high state of readiness and alertness. Stress safety
             and force protection. Do not get careless at this time.

                     (3(U)M@Ensure destruction of all enemy equipment in
             sector. Available demolitions may be used to deny equipment and
             vehicles. Heavy equipment may be used to destroy enemy stocks by,
             crushing or burying. Enforce discipline and strict control and
             safety during destruction of enemy equipment.
