        A. Hatches on tank will be closed if possible.

        B. Tank will be covered with canvas tarp during transport.

        C. Transportation support personnel will wear gloves,
    sleeves down and dust masks when handling tarp, tie downs etc.

    2. Only a U.S. military HET will be utilized for transportation
    of tank.

    3. 593rd will report departure of tank from DOHA and its
    arrival at AMC Jubayl to LOC.

    4. Direct coordination with all concerned is authorized and
    directed.

    5. Addressees will acknowledge receipt of this.order to the
    ARCENT SUPCOM LOC, KY68-9-7899-f97/232 or commercial 895-1153.
