     SUBJECT: OPERATION    DESERT STORM FRADO #690
     PURPOSE: Evacuate contaminated MlAl from Camp DOHA,Kuwait.

     MISSIONSIACTIONS:

     1. Cdr, 5  9ard ASG ig directbd to provide upload and transport
     of one (1)'NMC MlAl tank from Camp DOHA Kuwait to U.S..AMC-SWA
 0 equipment lot at the Pprt of Jubayl. To-arrive NtT 1200 16 AUG
     91.

     2. Cdr, 210th.MP BN is directed to provide escort for this
     pission.

     3. .593rd ASG will have   a maintenance contact team prepared     to
     react immediately if HET transporting this tank becomes NMC        for
     any reason.

     4. Cdr, AMC-SWA will provide download of tank on arrival at AMC
     yard.

     CONCEPT:

     1. To evacuate one NMC, contaminated MlAl Abhrams tank from
     Camp DOHA Kuwait and deliver tank to the U.S- AMC-SWA at Jubayl
     Saudi Arabia NLT 1800 16 AUG 91.


     COORDINATING INSTRUCTIONS:

     1. This tank is contaminated with beta particles therefore the
     following actions will be taken against the spread of
     contamination:
