               3. FOCUS: Backbriefs should begin with a commander's overview.
               Brigade/separate battalion battle staff should brief details on the synchronization of
               their plan in support of the 24th ID(M) OPLAN. At a minimum, backbriefs should
               include:


                 a.  Scheme of Maneuver
                 b.  Fire Support Plan
                 c.  Logistics Plan
                 d.  Communications/Command and Control Plan
                 e.  Engineer Plan
                 f.  Chemical Defense/Decon Plan
                 g.  Air Defense Plan

               4. DIVARTY, Aviation Bde, 36th Eng Group, and DISCOM will have battalion
               commanders present for their respective briefing. DIVARTY and DISCOM
               commanders will invite the 212th FA Bde and 171st CSG commanders and
               battalion commanders respectively to their briefing.

               5. Division command group and staff attendees will be the CG, ADC(M), ADC(S),
               Chief of Staff, G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, DIVARTY Cdr (vice FSE), ALO, LTC Cabell
               (G-3), MAJ Kamiya (G-3), and MAJ Debruin (G-3 Rear).
