      DISLU$SIUN: U.S. Army does not have a real time monitor for bio
      aoents. I'he Div tried several times to get   help from higher HL?s in
      obtaining bio agent spectrums to add to the   FOX computer data base,
      in principle. the FOX Is capable of detecting blo agents the same way
      it detects chem agents, providing it has bio agent spectrums in data.
