            26 Apr 91: The Commando-. CSM, S3 and the remainder of Battalion
            arrive back in Bamberg. ILT Moran volunteers for Rear detachment
            OIC. The rear party paints vehicles and makes the final
            preparations for shipping.

            01 May 91: A Battalion formation is held at Bamberg.


            16 May 91: A Battalion ceremony is held at Pendleton Field.
            Soldiers from attached units are honored and farewelled. Taps is
            played to remember and honor the Battalion's fallen soldiers. The
            Battalion Colors which were flown during the deployment are retired
            and new Battalion Colors are uncased. After the ceremony, each
            soldier personally receives a package from the Commander and the
            CSM containing a Blue Babe Coin, a 2ACR Desert Storm History, 2ACR
            Commemorative coin, Commander's letter, and a Blue Babe History.


            18 May - 22 June 91: The Battalion begins recovery operations on
            personnel and personal equipment. Training continues but is
            constrained due to lack of equipment.


            16 Jun 91: The Battalion is assigned to 31D (M) and V Corps.


            23 June 91: The Advance party for equipment offload travels to
            Bremerhaven.


            24 June 91: The main body travels to Bremerhaven. The detail
            includes 50 soldiers from the 82d and 3 soldiers from the 504th.
            CW2 Sookdeo is in charge. His mission is to supervise the
            offloading of the ships, to perform any maintenance posssible, and
            to upload the rail cars.


            26 June 91: First ship arrives in port.


            02 July 91: Equipment begins to arrive in Bamberg.


            04 July 91: lLT Moran returns with rear party from SWA.


            08 July 91: Soldiers travelling on the ships arrive in Bamberg.
            They are the last Blue Babe soldiers to return from SWA.


            10 July 91: Detail at Brerierhaven returns to Bamberg.


            15-26 July 91: The Battalion stands down for 2 weeks of
            maintenance.

            01 Aug 91: Battalion officially Joins the 3rd Engineer Brigade.
