          deploy to the designated SPOE. 21st TAACOM will establish port
          support activities (PSA) at each SPOE. Phase ends when unit
          equipment arrives at the SPOES.

                       . (c) Phase 3, Loading at SPOES. During this phase
          the departing unit's equipment and supplies will be loaded aboard
          ships for movement to Southwest Asia. For each deploying unit,
          this phase ends when the last ship been loaded. This phase ends
          for 21st TAACOM when the last unit has completed loading and all
          support elements have returned to their home station.

                          (d) Phase 4, Movement to APOES. This phase
          consist of in country movement of all deploying personnel to the
          APOES. Personnel will move to APOEs by motor transport. Units
          move to designated APOE at the call of DACS ICW lst TMCA. Phase
          ends when units close at APOE.

                          (e) Phase 5, Loading at APOES. At the direction
          of DACG, units will assit aircraft loading as required. Phase
          ends when last scheduled unit aircraft has departed the APOE.

              c. SUBUNIT :-ASKS.


                    (a) ACSTRANS.


                               Provide LNO at each SPOE. LNO is will be in
          Direct Suppc!-t      '@o ASG or USMCA at the SPOE. LNOs to assist
          in transpartati--r- -,Ianning for port operations.

                               Provide LNO to Ist TMCA for movement planning,
          coordination, a,7c.' information flow.

                               Provide technical assistance to deploying
          units as require,-'.

                    (b) "'CEC@10.

                        (1) Pe prepared to provide augmentation to
          Territorial Liaison Teams in BE and NL.

                        ('-7) On order, provide Territorial Liaison teams BE
          and NL in Direct S,--ppCrt (DS) to 80th ASG and USMCA NL in order.

                    (c) ACSSPO.

                          (1) Operate single command post at Panzer Kaserne.

                          (2) Be prepared to provide LNO to ASGs or USMCA
          with SPOE support nission.
