(a) Class VII.
(i) Operational Readiness Floats (ORF) will accompany
units. Cross leveling is authorized in order to ensure
serviceable ORF assets are taken to SWA.
(f) Class VIII: Units deploy with authorized UBL.
(g) Class IX: Units deploy with 100% authorized PLL.
(2) Transportation:
(a) Movement plans must be submitted to 21st TAACOM
within 3 days of notification of alert to move.
(b) Movement to SPOE's will be by rail, barge and road
convoy. Personnel will move to APOE's by motor transport.
(c) -Ilst TAACOM will coordinate the transportation of
assigned personnel and equipment to APOE/SPOE,s. Ist TMCA will
coordinate transportation for deploying EAC units.
(e) '@9th ASG forms Departure Airfield Control Groups
(DACG) at Ramst-2,n Air Base under OPCON of V Corps.
(f) --'7-.i@--EUR provide space and facilities to support
port operation=- @.@ Bremerhaven, Antwerp and Rotterdam.
(g) Wheeled vehicles will be shipped with the windows
in the standard Ltp configuration.
(h) Deploying equipment must be documented- using
LOGMARS bar.code 1-=kbels with two labels on each piece.
Additionally, all equipment must be separately marked with the
unit identificat4@or. code (UIC). Hazardous cargo must be
segregated and properly labeled.
(3) Services: '-Ist TAACOM provides life support at SPOEs and
establishes port support areas in the vicinity of SPOES. '9th
ASG ICW USAFE establishes reception/holding areas for personnel
at APOE Ramstein.
(4) Maintenance.
(a) Priority of maintenance support during all phases
of the operation to departing units.
(b) Do not take non-mission capable equipment
requiring GS and above repair.
