       C.  Excavate soakage pits to a minimum depth of 4 feet. Filter influent
           through burlap and discard burlap afterwards. Burn all food wastes in
           cans. Fill soakage pit with rocks to enhance evaporation and prevent
           standing liquids.
       d.  Place I tablespoon of bleach in wash rag can for disinfecting purposes.

    6. FOLLOW-UP

       A follow-up inspection was conducted 8 February 1991. The following
    findings were made:                           ....

       a. Soakage pit to be excavated 8 February 1991.
       b. Latrine cans continue to be drug outside compound uncovered.
       C. Field sanitation team appears to be making progress. All areas should
           be satisfactory once unit becomes will established in area.
