    MEMORANDUM FOR     Commanding General, 2d COSCOM. ATTN: MED OPNS.

    SUBJECT: Preventive Medicine Activities A/0 131200 February 1991.

    1. The following provides a summary of Preventive Medicine LB Team sanitary
    inspection activities during the past week. These inspections were carried
    out by either of the four LB Teams of the 14th MED DET, known as Teams Alpha,
    Bravo, Charlie or Delta, or by the 71st LB Team. No inspections were
    performed by the 48th and 223rd LB Teams; these teams were preparing to deploy
    to new locations.

    2. The  findings  are as follows:
