   A. FOLLOW-UP

         A fol-low-up inspection was conducted 8 February 1991. The following
   findings were made:

         a.   Soakage pit had been constructed, but wastes were not being strained
              prior to discharge. Standing liquids were present.
         b.   Progress in all areas is satisfactory, although improvement is still
              needed in the areas of mess hall laundry and fly control.
         C.   Unit is forming a field sanitation team. The 14th PMU will perform
              training, as needed. A follow up inspection will be conducted in I
              week.
