             2.    ANALYSIS



             PHASE I -

             1.    PROBLEM:     Power distribution system had to work around hospital layout
                                resulting in less than efficient use of power.
                   SOLUTION:    Power distribution team must be present for input into
                                hospital layout for efficient use of system.    (See Annex 2).
             2.    PROBLEM:     Power pull too great in CMS and OR area - (3) 100 AMP cables
                                to OR (50'), (8) 60 AMP cables to CHS (100').

                   SOLUTXON:    Separate CMS/OR units on opposite sides - Power cables used
                                specifically - (1) 100 AMP 50' - OR; (4) 60 AMP cables 100' to
                                CMS.
