3. PROBLEM: Number of distribution boxes 400 AMP (7) insufficient to power
hospital.

SOLUTION: Identify as critical shortage. Increase number of
distribution boxes 400 AMP to 13 (one per generator).

PHASE II -

1. PROBLEM: All sterilizers were placed in I tent versus 2 resulting more
power cables needed.

SOLUTION: Leave sterilizers in both work tents.

PHASE III -

1. PROBLEM: Air conditioner unit near ICU (B) blocked by vestibules.
SOLUTION: Shorten vestibule or lengthen vestibule connecting ICU A.
2. PROBLEM: EQU not connected, to minimal due to lack of A Boxes and 400
AMP distribution boxes.

SOLUTION: Identify as critical shortage - Additional (10) A Boxes and
(1) 400 AMP distribution boxes. Presently not part of DEPMEDS
material sets.

3. PROBLEM: minimal care units not environmentally comfortable due to not
being additional.
SOLUTION: Add ECU to DEPKED to include minimal care units. (Liners,
plenums). Add tempers to DEPHEDS - Eliminate canvas which
cannot support ECU'S.

PHASE IV NO PROBLEMS

PHASE V

1. PROBLEM: Exterior night lighting not available for triage.
SOLUTION: Critical shortage Identified - Add exterior lighting units to
DEPKEDS.
