        Major General McGrath:
            Sir, out Safety Office Radiological
        Control (RADCON) Emergency Response Team
        safely arrived on 24 July 1991 at Doha Camp,
        Kuwait, along with their specialized
        equipment.

            The team, headed by Mr. Steven Horne,
        Chief CECOM Safety, is in process of
 u      accessing suspected radiological
 c      contamination at the accident site.

            The expeditious support provided by CECOM
 VI     LARs in SWA greatly aided our RADCON team
 u      deployment to the area.
