              SUBJECT: Redeployment of the U.S. Army RA.D CON Team.


              1. TIME SENSITIVE.     ASA?
              2.  "COMMENDATION. That the U.S. Army RAO CON Team be redeployed
              to Port Monm^th, N.J.

              3. DISCUSSION.

                  a. The U.S. Army RAD CON Team will require extensive time and
              effort Inside the North Camp Doha motorpool accident site.
               .  b. The North Camp Doha motorpool accident has been decla'red
              an exclusion zone by the ARCENT (Fwd) Commander and is off-limits
              to all personnel.

                  c. Negotiations are currently ongoing to secure a civilian
              contract for ROD clearing of the North Camp Doha motorpool
              exclusion zone.

                  d. Once the North Camp Doha motorpool exclusion zone has been
              cleared by contract, the U.S. Army RAD CON Team could redeploy to
              Kuwait and complete their Survey.
                  e. The U.S,, Army RAD CON Team will provide status report with
              recommendations for the civilian contractor prior to redeployment.
