          1. The reference indicated that additional information would be
          sent regarding medical lessons learned in Operation Desert
          Shield. I wrote the text +or enclosure (1) and had it duplicated
          in the size shown in enclosure (2). Over 60% of the original
          stock of 50,000 was lost during the move to SWA. A reprint of
          50,000 has been requested. I recommend that these be reproduced
          in the size indicated.  The cards do not take up much room and
          are easy to read and understand by all personnel.
