     (U)   I wish to compliment you and your staff for an out-
standing job of hosting the Friendly Force Medical Conferences.
All participants have agreed that the meetings have provided an
excellent opportunity for exchanging information and for
fostering cooperation.   I personally have found them invaluable.

biological warfare, specifically Anthrax   enerat

           Anthrax vaccine, as you know, is in very short supply.
We do not, as yet, have sufficient quantity to vaccinate all our
troops, and it will be several months before we'll have an
adequate supply to do so.
